I am so happy to be offering a workshop at the end of April into early May. I was reminded of a part of poem written by a true goddess in human form - Maya Angelou:

Bringing the gifts that my ancestors gave…..


Powerful words that speak to my heart and this workshop. It’s time to release old vows that no longer serve us….to welcome ancestral wisdom and gifts…and to commune again with the beauty and joy of this Earth. Calling in the Northern energies and the insights of Wisdom, Grace and Compassion….which means we face our doubts, our shame and our neediness…we can prepare for a new vision in our life and call in the illumination of a wondrously clear daybreak!

My teaching allows for a deep personal experience and also an invitation to lift those personal insights up into a more worldly lens. How may our own gifts serve our planet? How do our ancestors stand waiting to joyfully help us, share with us, and encourage us to bring forward our gifts…making a new vow. We will journey - and build a a scared bundle - and be in ritual together.

The workshop will be in person in Washington, VA ….if the weather would like to grace us, we will be outside as much as possible….or, I have tons of space to work inside. This work is for everyone and anyone - you don’t have to have any experience to sit with me. All are welcome.

It will begin on Friday evening - April 29th. Probably around 6pm - for some evening work. As we sit in the energy of a very powerful Black Moon - the second new moon of the month….we must begin in the evening. We will work all day Saturday the 30th…breaking and coming together for an evening celebration ritual and reclaiming…and I will have food for us all afterwards… Sunday May 1 we will work til about 4. But I work as I am led and ask that you understand we will work until the teaching is complete….

The workshop will have a pay range - of $275 - $500. And if you know you want to be here and do this work and money is tough right now - reach out to me anyway! When I say all are welcome - I mean that…and I trust the flow of this and the Divine guidance of this work. If you are able to pay more, know that the funds go to help those who can not afford to do this work otherwise.

I will help those traveling to find housing - it always works out - and there are hotels if you want to be alone - or house rental options that would let folks divide the cost.

Many of you may have heard of The Medicine Wheel… 24 stones set in a circle that offer varying teachings about life from indigenous cultures. As I did more research what I found was news reporters coined the words Medicine Wheel when they discovered this sacred tool in Wyoming in the early 1900s. The indigenous cultures did not use that language. They referred to this sacred tool as the Sacred Circle.

The teachings I offer are not based on a specific indigenous culture, but are concepts shared with me through my teacher and insights gained from my guides as I have worked with these concepts for almost a decade. These sacred stones are a cornerstone in my life, and it is always a wonderful insightful journey to share it with others.

I will be offering this class through video. We will begin at 7PM EST and go for about an hour each Monday night for 8 weeks. I will include guided meditations and some journeying within this class.
